How Do You Discover The Important Things?

What even are the important things? And when you know what they are, how do you discover them?

How do you live life in a way where discovering all the life around you?

The simple answer: Stay Curious. The difficult part, staying curious.

stay curious

Staying curious is a key factor to living life fully. But, it can be hard to stay interested in the world around you when daily routines and commitments seem like they never change. That’s why we’ve compiled some tips on how to maintain curiosity even during the most mundane of days.

One of the best ways to keep your curiosity alive is by exposing yourself to new experiences and ideas. Even if it’s something small, such as trying out a different type of cuisine or reading a book about an unfamiliar topic, these activities will open up your mind in exciting and unexpected ways. Exposing yourself to new material also helps you develop knowledge that you can use to think more critically about the topics surrounding you.

You can also nurture your curiosity by actively seeking out new information. Ask questions, take classes, watch lectures – anything that encourages you to look at the world with fresh eyes will help cultivate a sense of inquiry and interest in learning more about the things around you. And don’t be afraid to explore unfamiliar ground – occasionally throwing yourself into uncomfortable situations is both exciting and rewarding!

Finally, stay curious by creating opportunities for yourself. Take on creative projects that challenge your skillset and push you outside of your comfort zone; develop an online presence to share ideas; or volunteer in your community – any meaningful activity will keep the flame of curiosity burning bright.

Stay curious, stay engaged, and never stop learning.

Looking for something new and fun?

“It’s an old person’s sport” says almost everyone. Heck, I even said the same thing even though I had the equipment in the garage for the past year. Wait, hang on, does that make me an….. Maybe I should delete this section right now. 😜😜😜

Really though, the largest age demographic is 18-34. 18-34, TAKE THAT OLD PEOPLE! That age bracket takes up about 30% of the sports players. Fastest growing sport in the U.S. and it’s something everyone can play. No matter age or ability.

Yes folks, I am talking about pickleball.

pickleball

It really is fun, the hardest part is figuring out the scoring and learning when to stay out of the kitchen or when you can mosey on into the kitchen.

The game can be slow, and can pick up in speed VERY rapidly. With the ball flying back and forth through the kitchen without touching the ground.

All I’m saying is that if you are looking for a new “thing” to do on your own, with a partner, or with the family, this can be it and can be stepped into with not much expense. And chances are, some tennis courts near you are also already lined for pickleball. So that’s a win.

All you really need to get going would be the paddles and balls which I will link to below for you. While you could spend over $200 on a single paddle, I’ll share some realistic options to get going.

Check it out, you might just become a picklehead. And if you have questions or want to play with us, reach out.
