Being A Jerk Is Not Easy
Plus, do nice guys really finish last?
I think not, first being kind is not only the right thing to do, it's also cost-effective. That's right - being nice costs less energy than being mean! We all know that being kind to others requires effort, but how often do we think about how much more effort it takes to be unkind, to the fuel that anger and frustration takes. Holding a grumpy face takes more effort than a smile, stomping your feet takes more energy than sauntering, being angry takes more of your soul than being at peace.
Let's break it down though: when you're looking for something you need or trying to figure out a problem, being surrounded by supportive people who are willing to lend a helping hand can make all the difference. On the flip side, dealing with those who criticize harshly and offer no support whatsoever can take up loads of time and energy that could have been put towards finding a solution.
When it comes to relationships, being kind brings about mutual respect and understanding. On the other hand, trying to compete or constantly fight or demanding things causes stress and can have damaging effects on both parties in the long run.
So why not make the conscious decision to be kind? It's a much simpler and more efficient way to tackle life's little challenges. Plus, it just feels good! So next time you're faced with a tough situation, remember that being kind takes less energy than being mean - so go ahead, spread some joy around today! :)
Life is too short not to enjoy it, after all. So why not give kindness a chance? You won't regret it!
1. Being nice can help you get ahead of the curve: it's a great way to stay on top of things and show that you mean business!
2. People remember nice human β they're more likely to keep their word and follow through with tasks, which is why they end up winning in the long run.
3. Nice humans don't just finish first; they stay there. They take the time to build relationships and gain respect, which can be a powerful tool in achieving success.
4. Nice humans think outside the box and come up with creative solutions β this helps them stand out from the crowd and puts them at an advantage.
5. People are drawn to nice ones because they're a breath of fresh air β whereas others may be too focused on the end goal, nice people take the time to listen and understand.
6. Nice people are often seen as more reliable due to their care and attention to detail; this means clients or employers can trust them with tasks that require special attention.
7. Nice humans have good manners and tend to think before they act; this makes them more considerate of others and avoids unnecessary conflict.
8. Nice people are more likely to be patient, flexible, and understanding when working with others β these qualities can help create a positive work environment.
9. People who finish first often do so because they prioritize their goals and take the necessary steps to achieve them β nice humans are no exception.
10. Finally, nice humans finish first because they understand that it's important to be humble, gracious, and thankful when things work out in their favor. It's a great way to show good character and gain respect from those around you!
