I can't take the heat and need to chill!

Just chill....

You Are Not Fully Forged

But you will be!

In time, you will be fully forged, you will be like a well aged fine wine, a small batch barrel aged whiskey, a cheese from Arethusa Farms (also known as the best).

Till that time though, just chill…

Find your peace, find your current why, find your adventure, your fun, your thing, your why, and just chill.

Put on your hiking boots, jump on the mountain bike, grab the pickleball paddle, go to the gym, start that fire pit up, hang the hammock, find nature with friends, go out and have fun, be goofy, be silly, but just chill. Don’t age yourself before you need to. Just chill.

You are not fully forged, not sharpened, not polished, you are growing. You are shining brighter every day. Don’t dull that light. Just chill.

I don’t care if you’re 18, 34, 46, 53, you are not fully forged. Life is not done with you, and you are not done with growing in life. And I hope you don’t look at your age with care either. You have no reason to define yourself by age. Just chill.

My mother is in her early 70’s, retired, enjoying life, and trying new things. If she can do it, if she can step from her comfort zone and try new things, you can to. So just chill.

Because what’s worse than stepping out of your comfort zone is being stuck in discomfort. Just chill.

A time will come when you are fully forged, when you can close your eyes knowing you lived the best life. Till that time though, get the fuck out there and do it. Live the best life, take the hammer blows, the forging, the polishing, and life.

Embrace the process and more than anything, you guessed it. - Just chill.

Leave everyone else alone… Please?

Why try to control others, why try to dictate how others spend their time?

Some people will spend their days waking up, going to the gym, then the office, home for dinner and repeat every day. If they’re happy, let them be happy.

Some will spend their days teaching, not earning enough for what they do, leaving the school and taking yoga classes all night before watching a rerun of the office. If they’re happy, let them be happy.

Some will wake up and have granola for breakfast and then go hiking. Taking a walk in the woods alone or with friends. And that’s what makes them happy, let them be happy.

Some will write, some will research, some will play an instrument, some will site on their porch, some will…. Just let them be happy.

Remember, what makes you happy may not make someone else happy, you can’t force them to be happy doing what you believe will make them happy. Find your happy and leave everyone else alone?

Trying to control others because you don’t have control, instead, find your happy and realize there is less to control than you think.

It’s hot, it’s making me cranky, I need to go, but even still, in all my crankiness.

I believe in you,

Tim
