The Two Wolves

are you feeding the wolves too?

  • Donโ€™t try to get to the top without putting in the work. You will never make it to level 10 with level 1 habits. Start small. Read one page of the book, do that one workout, write that first email. Most of all, start today. 1% better each day and you will be unstoppable!

  • Let go of the negative. Instead of putting your focus on the negative, think about what you are in control of, what you can do to improve the situation, what you can do better. Having a problem solving mindset will not just help you move past roadblocks, it will remove roadblocks.

  • Choose your circle wisely. Find those that you can grow with not those that may unintentionally holding you back. You become that which you surround yourself with.

  • Read more books. Reading is one of the top forms of education not to mention an incredible ROI. The time and money you will save yourself from not making mistakes will be well worth hit.

  • Focus Focus Focus. A photograph works because it is focused on one thing. If you want to make the most of what you are working on, focus on that one thing. Put your phone down, disconnect and sink into that โ€œthingโ€ 100%

Feeding Wolves

When was the last time you got to feed wolves?

We all know the story of feeding the good wolf or bad wolf, but what does it really mean? Well, let's start by talking about the wolves. The two wolves represent our conscious and subconscious minds - specifically the beliefs, thoughts and actions we choose to bring forth in life.

The good wolf is the one that represents positive attributes such as compassion, empathy, understanding and appreciation for others. It feeds on hope, optimism and possibility - these are all qualities that help us lead a successful life.

On the flip side we have the bad wolf who represents negative traits like anger, jealousy, resentment and pessimism. This wolf feeds on fear, doubt and judgment - not exactly ideal components when trying to create a better life for ourselves.

So the choice is ours - do we feed the good wolf or bad wolf? It may be difficult at times to make that determination, but it is ultimately up to us. If we choose to focus on positivity and growth, the good wolf will grow stronger and lead us down a path of success and happiness. But if we latch onto negative emotions and experiences, then the bad wolf will grow in strength causing more harm than good. And once that negative wolf grows strong, it can be nearly impossible to starve him out.

The moral to this story should be clear - feed the good wolf! Nourish our minds with positive thoughts, words and actions so that we can create a better future for ourselves. After all, it's only through feeding the good wolf that we are able to create a life that is truly worth living. So remember, the wolf you feed is the one that will grow! Choose wisely.

By investing in yourself and feeding the good wolf, you can make a positive difference in your life today! Good luck and happy feeding! โ˜บ๏ธ ๐Ÿบ โœจ ๐Ÿค— ๐Ÿ’ช ๐ŸŽ ๐ŸŒฟ ๐Ÿ•Š๏ธ ๐Ÿ™ ๐Ÿ˜Š

- Feed the good wolf by surrounding yourself with positive people, events and activities. Spend time with those who will support you in reaching for your goals.

- Feed the good wolf by making a conscious effort to engage in activities that bring positivity into your life - such as yoga, meditation or any other activity that helps you relax and stay focused on the best version of yourself.

- Feed the good wolf by always striving to learn something new every day; whether it be a new skill set, language or simply reading an inspiring book, keep nourishing your mind with knowledge and fulfillment. The more you fill your cup with goodness, the less room there is for negativity!

Thank you for being you, Thank you for being here, Thank you for overcoming every obstacle you came across that made you want to quit. Youโ€™re pretty awesome!

I believe in you
